Glossary
A built-in glossary of due-diligence and deal terminology.
Not everyone on a deal team speaks fluent M&A finance — the Knowledge section (labeled “Knowlegde” in the current UI) exists so anyone in a workspace can look up a term without leaving VALORIO.
What it covers
The glossary is a searchable, categorized reference of deal and finance terminology — everything from core valuation concepts (Enterprise Value, EBITDA, Purchase Price Allocation) to due-diligence-specific terms (Data Room, Representations & Warranties, QoE) and deal-process vocabulary (Letter of Intent, Roll-up, Earn-out). Entries are organized by category and searchable by name, and each one gives a plain-language definition rather than a formal legal or accounting one.

When to use it
It's most useful for anyone newer to M&A on a deal team — a first-time seller, an operator turned founder going through diligence for the first time — who runs into a term in a report, a finding, or a buyer's question and wants a quick, reliable definition without interrupting the deal to ask.
